Impossible is an opinion, not a fact You feel helpless. You feel like youre tied up, like youre limited. You want to accomplish great things but the moment you try to think about something great, your mind wont allow you to dream big. Theres that little voice in the back of your head that tells you that its impossible, that you cant do it. Its like you wont even dare to think or speak about brilliant ideas because they seem so far out of reach, and even if some amazing people have done remarkable things before, you feel like they are special, like somehow it was meant to be. But youre just average so how can you dare to dream that big ? You find yourself hesitating between following an ambition that seems impossible, and the mediocre life that you have imposed on yourself. So, how can you break these limiting beliefs ? How can you start to see whats really possible and start to actually believe in whats possible for you ? 1. Read one success story everydayIf you think you cant do something, there are thousands of people that can prove you wrong. Unlike the common belief, you dont have to be talented or born in the right family in order to succeed. Many popular figures that we see today started from scratch, but they have managed to reach their goals just because they have a really strong willpower. Start reading one story of someone whos successful everyday, and youll soon start to notice that most of these people have nothing special, they just have a huge desire to fight and win. This will slowly break down your limiting beliefs because once you read about the successes again and again, your mind will be so used to the extraordinary accomplishments you read, that it will start to see your success as something totally normal. The other benefit of studying successful people is that it will make you unable to make excuses. Thats because when you study so many people and notice what their life looked like, what their circumstances were, youll become unable to make justifications since you know that other people who were living a hopeless situation, with fewer resources than you managed to overcome their obstacles and create massive success, so why cant you do it as well ? To do : read one story of someone successful everyday 2. Befriend positive minded peopleIf you hang out with people who are toxic and negative. The kind of people who think that everything is impossible and that they’re always a victim somehow, it will inevitably rub off on you. You’ll pick up the same mindset, and it’s not going to be easy to get rid of it once you have it. It’s like a contagious disease, so don’t give it the chance to contaminate you. Instead, you want to hang out with people who are more upbeat and forward-looking. These people will help you open your mind to new possibilities and will make you see life with a whole new perspective where the possibilities are limitless. To do : hang out with people who are positive and upbeat 3. Change your self-talkYou know, that voice that you have in your head when you’re talking to yourself ? It’s affecting you more than you think. Here’s a simple fact you should understand : your mind believes anything if you repeat it. Think about it, are you saying to yourself that you’re someone who’s successful and capable of great things, or are you thinking that you’re a worthless loser ? You have to be more aware of your inner self-talk, and actively try to turn it into something positive and empowering. For example, if you’re always saying to yourself ‘I can’t do it’ try saying ‘Of course I can do it, it’s so easy’. Remember that your mind will believe whatever is repeated so if you constantly feed it with negative statements, it will become a reality. However, if you’re conditioning it to believe that you’re powerful, successful and in charge of your life, this will also become what you truly believe. To do : when talking to yourself, always remember to use statements that will empower you 4. Stop making excusesSometimes you hear about people who are extraordinarily successful, and you find yourself thinking that they’re just lucky, born in the right family, smarter, or even that it’s destiny. On the other hand, you’re just not that smart, you don’t have any talent, and you’re not so lucky right ? If only you were rich, smart, and if only you had a chance to prove yourself. You would do some amazing things right ?
That’s a big lie. Here’s the deal, the reason you’re always finding excuses to not succeed is just because it’s the easy option to choose. Think about it, would you rather find some poor excuse to justify your failure or accept the fact that you can be successful but also work hard ? If you’re justifying why you can’t then you’re just like most people, you’re just lying to yourself in an attempt to avoid putting in the effort. If you want to stop being limited by your beliefs, and truly have freedom of action and success, stop crafting excuses and instead, start to research and learn from people who already achieved meaningful goals. It’s much more productive to learn how they did it then to spend your life convincing yourself you can’t do it. To do : stop looking for reasons to stop you Remember that all of your limitations are self-imposed. It’s your decision, so are you going to use your full capacity, or are you just going to keep making excuses ? It is obligatory for an individual to overcome his self-limiting beliefs to make an advancement in life. It is mainly because self-capping stances stop a person from attaining his full aptitude. I think it is a radical stumbling block for all the individuals in their wish to be happy and victorious in life. Since a life coach is capable of eliminating the self-restraining thoughts, so you should hire a life coach to get the desired strength for bridling the self-regulating contentions and restructuring your postulations.

Yeah but I don't think it's really necessary to have a life coach.
